Eve at Erin Ridge, managed by Landrex Ventures, will feature 76 townhomes over 4 acres of land and will be the first townhome development of its kind in St. Albert. This new community will have unique features such as a large green space for outdoor activities and a collection of three story, open concept homes furnished with elegantly styled interiors.

This new multi-family townhome development is important for the City of St. Albert since it will provide residents with a diverse, community-focused living space with increased density, serving a range of residents in different stages of their home buying journey.

Construction on the first phase of townhomes at Eve at Erin Ridge is scheduled to start May 2019.
